clone:it is an application designed to strengthen site supervision in construction, serving both construction management and site supervision. Developed to ensure that the design is fully implemented on site, clone:it allows the comparison of what is designed and what is built through a simulation. Thanks to its artificial intelligence support, the application detects construction that is not in accordance with the design and makes suggestions to eliminate these errors. With clone:it application, it is possible to observe 3D building modeling of the construction site through augmented reality via the smart device camera. By superimposing the 3D building modeling and the 3D panoramic structure, you can easily notice the mismatches in the visuals and quickly correct your mistakes. In addition, with clone:it, you can leave hints at the points you deem necessary in the construction area; you can zoom in and examine the details that interest you, and measure the construction dimensions through the image you have.

Having won fourth place in the “Design & Build” category of the APTI Award 2023 competition organized by the Austrian PropTech Initiative, an organization that has made it its mission to encourage innovation and digitalization in the industry, clone:it also won the first prize among 50 competitors at the digitalBAU trade fair held in Munich between 04 – 06 July 2023.
